How long does shipping take?+
1โ4 days by road to the Gulf, 2โ5 days to Jordan, 10โ28 days by sea to Lebanon, Turkey and North Africa, and 1โ7 days by air.
How much does it cost to ship a car?+
From SAR 820 to Bahrain, SAR 910 to Kuwait and SAR 1,090 to the UAE and Qatar. The detail is on the car shipping page.
How much does furniture shipping cost?+
From SAR 730 for a bedroom set to Bahrain and SAR 1,090 to the UAE, Qatar and Oman. A whole home is priced after the survey.
What is the air freight rate per kg?+
From SAR 13.5 to Turkey, SAR 18 to Morocco, SAR 22.5 to Qatar and SAR 45 to the UAE.
What is the cheapest way to ship?+
Shared road freight for road-connected countries, and part-load sea freight for distant ones.

Can the shipment be tracked?+
Yes, on the tracking portal with the number sent to you.
Is the service door to door?+
Yes for road freight. For sea and air, to the address or to the port and airport, by agreement.
Does the price include customs clearance?+
Clearance procedures are within the price. Duties and taxes in the destination country are outside it.
Do you provide packing?+
Yes. Dismantling, packing and numbering are within the furniture price, and cartons and filling materials are part of the packing service.
Is the furniture assembled on arrival?+
In the Gulf states, delivery and furniture placement are available. In Jordan, placement is by agreement, and in countries shipped by sea the service is delivery to the address.
Can batteries or liquids be shipped?+
They must be disclosed. They may be restricted or prohibited depending on the mode; the detail is on the prohibited and restricted items page.
Is there insurance?+
Yes, optionally, at a percentage of the declared value. The details are on the insurance and claims page.

Do you serve individuals or only companies?+
Both: a single household move, and companiesโ regular shipments. Preparation and documents differ between the two.
Do you ship from outside Saudi Arabia?+
Our focus is shipping from Saudi Arabia outward. Requests the other way are considered case by case.
Can the shipment be surveyed before the price?+
Yes, and the survey is free. For furniture and equipment it brings the price closer to the final cost.
What if my destination changes after approval?+
Tell us before work begins. A change of destination changes the mode, documents and transit time, so the price is recalculated.
Is there temporary storage?+
Yes, when the destination is not ready to receive the shipment. The details are on the storage page.
